1. Log into your account

When accessing Ademy, you can view information about Ademy’s activities as well as the list of courses available on the page Services. However, to start enrolling in courses, you must log in.

If you do not have an account, please click Register/SignUp. Provide complete and accurate information according to the account registration form. Note that you need to carefully read our Terms and Conditions as well as the Service Agreement before checking the agreement boxes.

If you already have an account, please log in.

2. Trial Lessons

Once you have been logged in, you can view the course introduction. In addition to the introductory content provided, if the teacher allows, some selected trial lessons will appear in the left column for you to explore.

You can access and try each lesson. However, your learning results will not be recorded in the system, and when you officially start the course, you will need to redo these lessons to ensure your progress is fully documented.

ADEMY guarantees the quality of its training – meaning ADEMY reserves the right to require each student to diligently complete all lessons designed and included in the course by the teacher.

3. Enrollment

Choose a course you want to join for enrollment.
On the Services page, click on the course you are interested in.

Click Enroll.

And wait for the teacher to accept you in.

Note: To ensure that the teacher can provide detailed guidance to each student in his/her course, each course will have a limited number of students – a class-size. You will not be able to enroll if the course has reached the maximum number of students set by the teacher. In that case, the Enroll button will be disabled. You will need to wait for the next course, or you can look for another course with available seats.

For each course, you only need to enroll once.
During the course, if you display inappropriate behavior or language, the teacher may remove you from the class, and you will lose access to the course.

Once the teacher has accepted your enrollment, you will see the Study button whenever you click on the course.

Click Study to start learning.

Please note that lessons marked with "trial" are the ones selected by the teacher for trial before students enroll in the course. You will still need to complete all these lessons once you start the course, as from that point, your progress will be recorded.

Lessons marked as "ready" mean you can access them. For lessons labeled "Pending," it means the instructor is still preparing them, and they are not yet available for teaching, so you won't be able to access them.

4. Study

Click the lesson title to start the lesson. You will enter into the “Classroom”.

The numbers in the far-left column indicate the number of activities you must complete to finish the lesson. Please keep in mind, the time you spend on each activity will be recorded by the system and used as a reference for your learning results. If the teacher specifies how much time you should spend on an activity, that is the minimum amount of time you need to fully grasp the content. If you skip an activity, the system will record it and reflect this in your learning results.

After you have completed an activity, click the Next button. If you want to return to a previous part of the lesson, click the Previous button.

Note: Before starting the lesson, prepare a notebook and a pen/pencil. Writing down important points from the lesson in your notebook will stimulate your brain to retain knowledge longer and help convert short-term memory into long-term memory. The lessons on ADEMY have been carefully crafted by teachers, so try your best to remember as much as possible.

You can play or pause the video by clicking on the video frame. If you need to skip to a specific point in the video, click the point you need on the progress bar. Pause the video whenever you need to take notes or redraw models in your notebook to help with long-term retention.

For reading materials, you can use the mouse to scroll through the page until you have read the entire content.

Alternatively, you can drag the scroll bar on the right-hand side to navigate to the content as desired.

In each lesson, the teacher may include exercises in between reading or video-watching activities.

In a Quiz, click the right arrow to move to the next question. The Next button will take you to the next activity of the lesson. However, you can only proceed to the next activity once all the questions have been answered.

During the exercises, you can go back to the previous activities to review the reading or video materials and get knowledge needed to answer the questions.

The answers you have already provided will be saved by the system, so when you return to the exercises, your previous results will not be lost.

If you wish to revise your previous answers, click the left arrow. You can change your answers as many times as you want.

Once you have answered all the questions, you can click Next to move on to the next activity.

In the lesson, there may also be assignments.
In that case, students can draft their writing directly on the computer.

Similar to the Quizes, you can only move on to the next activity once you have provided an answer.

However, the system will register that you have answered the question even if you just enter a "." as your response. Naturally, the instructor can evaluate your learning attitude; and if you encounter a particularly strict teacher who has high expectations for students' learning attitudes, you may be removed from the class and lose access to the course.

Make sure you are serious about your studies, as each lesson reflects the teacher’s dedication, and ADEMY reserves the right to require you to respect that effort.

After completing the final exercise, click the Summary button to review your progress in completing the lesson.
If you are certain that no further changes are needed to your exercises, click the Submit button to submit your work.

After you click the Submit button, your lesson results will be sent to the teacher. For assignments, you will need to wait for the teacher to grade them. For multiple-choice exercises, the system can automatically grade them and provide you with immediate results.

Click the Previous button to review your work. You can also click the Exit button to leave the lesson and move on to the next one if you wish. Please note that once you have submitted your work, you will not be able to modify your answers but still be able to review the lesson. Your final result will be the one you submitted to the teacher, and it cannot be changed.

After submitting your work and exiting the lesson, you will return to the course’s lesson list. The lesson will now be marked as “Submitted”, and you will need to wait for the teacher to grade it to know your final result.

After the instructor has finished grading, you will see the lesson marked as "Completed."

However, "Completed" only means that you have submitted your work and the teacher has graded it. The red "X" next to it indicates that your result did not meet the minimum score required by the teacher.

You can click on the lesson title to view your results.

Click on the quiz or assignment to view the teacher's feedback or comments.

And you can click the Study Again button to learn the entire lesson, redo the exercises, and resubmit them for grading.

5. Asynchronous Interaction

Asynchronous interaction is a tool that allows you to send questions to the instructor or engage in discussions with your classmates. You can access the course at any time that suits you, raise any issues you're facing, or share your opinions on issues that other students encounter during the learning process.

However, don't expect an immediate response! You can study at any time that suits you, and others can do the same. Even the teacher is not obligated to be online 24/7 to address your concerns unless there is a prior appointment. Nonetheless, you will receive a response from the teacher based on the commitments and guidelines of each course.

This asynchronous interaction tool allows instructors and students to connect intermittently, facilitating the exchange of perspectives, the integration of ideas, and enhancing the quality of learning.

The most important thing: Ensure your interactions are respectful and responsible. ADEMY reserves the right to monitor conversations and may revoke your system access if you violate the terms and conditions of service as published by ADEMY.

One final note: The online learning system does not allow links to be activated through the interaction platform to ensure that if an account is compromised and sends malicious links, other students won’t accidentally click on them. However, if you copy a link and paste it into your browser, it may take you to a site outside of ADEMY, and ADEMY is not responsible for this. Therefore, exercise caution when using external links.

We wish you a positive learning experience and hope you achieve great success with the knowledge and skills provided in ADEMY courses!
